    Montreal Pledge / CDPMETROPOLE Gestion has become signatory to the Montreal Pledge and to the Carbon Disclosure Project in May 2018.

  • METROPOLE Gestion modified the structure of the METROPOLE Avenir Europe sub-fund

    18/05/2018

    METROPOLE Gestion modified the structure of the METROPOLE Avenir Europe sub-fund on 30 April 2018: the P share class became the D share class, resulting in the following modifications:

    • removal of the performance fee,
    • conversion into a distribution share class,
    • reduction in management costs, from 2.00% to 1.50%.

    Following this conversion, the ISIN code remains unchanged. This operation does not involve any change in the investment strategy or in the risk profile of the sub-fund.

  • The METROPOLE Value SRI sub-fund absorbed the METROPOLE Euro sub-fund

    17/05/2018

    METROPOLE Gestion carried out the following operations:

    On 29 March 2018, the METROPOLE Value SRI sub-fund absorbed the METROPOLE Euro sub-fund, becoming the METROPOLE Euro SRI sub-fund, further reinforcing our SRI positioning.

    The METROPOLE Sélection sub-fund absorbed the METROPOLE Sélection Europe USD Hedged sub-fund, which thereby became a new share class within the METROPOLE Sélection sub-fund.

    These operations were carried out with the aim of pursuing the rationalisation of our range of funds and responding more effectively to the needs of our clients.
