The General Management team is responsible for establishing the company's strategic directions, financial balance and ethics. On a day-to-day basis, it ensures compliance with regulations, the smooth operation of the business and the cohesion of the METROPOLE Gestion team.

Member of SFAF* (1988), graduated from ESSEC (1986) and the Political Studies Institute of Aix en Provence, with a degree in Law (Aix-Marseille III, 1981).
Director and CEO of CCR Actions, the value investment subsidiary of the Commerzbank Group, which he founded in order to create and manage the first value fund range in France (1997-2002), drawing on a value investment philosophy and process developed over the course of his past experience as a financial analyst and then portfolio manager at CCF (1986-1992) and as Head of European Equities Strategy at Fimagest (Fortis) from 1992 to 1997.

SFAF* member (2001), DESS (post-graduate degree) in Currency, Banking and Finance (Paris I University, 1984), Masters degree in Economics (Paris I University, 1983).
Head of European Fund Management at CCR Actions (1998-2002), she managed the first range of value funds in France. Prior to that, she was a portfolio manager for a Japanese equity fund at BAII (BNP Group) (1987-1996), then a mutual fund manager at BTP Investissements (1996-1997) and at Dexia AM (1997-1998).

 

 

Ingrid TrawinskiIngrid TRAWINSKI, Deputy Managing Director, Co-Chief Investment Officer
SFAF* member (2000), DESS (post-graduate degree) in Finance (Grenoble II University, 1997), IEP (Political Studies Institute) in Grenoble (1996), Masters in Economics (Grenoble II University, 1995).
After three years working as a buy-side analyst and manager of a fund focused on financial groups at CPR Gestion, Ingrid moved on to become a European equities portfolio manager at HSBC AM Europe  (2000-2003), then at LBP AM  (French postal bank) (2003-2005), and finally at Prado Epargne Gestion (2005-2007). She joined METROPOLE Gestion in 2007.


Romuald de LencquesaingRomuald DE LENCQUESAING, Deputy Managing Director, Head of Business Development
Graduated from the Ecole Supérieure Appliquée aux Affaires (Paris, 2001). After holding sales positions at IXIS Private Capital Management (2001-2003), Romuald headed up development for institutional clients at Rothschild & Cie Gestion (2003-2006). He joined METROPOLE Gestion in 2006.
